Our picture team sourced this charming illustration of Lewis Carroll’s world-famous Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland for the launch of our ‘Ledger Legends’ series for the home.barclays site. In this feature we delve through the archives to see what can be found on children’s authors and literary legends J.M. Barrie, Beatrix Potter and Lewis Carroll.

This snap is of Lesleyann Theadorus, Specialist Support Advisor at Barclaycard, who we interviewed about her working day for the bank’s website. Lesleyann is pictured here enjoying a well-deserved cuppa at her favourite coffee spot in Kirkby.

This month, we interviewed Parkinson’s campaigner Kibra Kebede for our online magazine Parkinson’s Life. Kibra founded Ethiopia’s first ever Parkinson’s organisation after being told her symptoms were “the result of bad spirits”.

This picture was taken at the 7th annual Association of Women in Business Awards (AWiB) at Sheraton Addis, Ethiopia where Kibra won a Woman of Excellence award for her charity work.
