Walking (and talking) the values walk

Our values are at the heart of what we do. And every year, we take time out as a team to reflect openly and honestly on the things that make us ‘us’ – our ambition, collaboration and energy. This year’s ‘values walk’ was one of the most challenging (and rewarding) routes we’ve attempted.

Starting at the River Mole, we headed up the steep climb over Box Hill for a view of the valley – and ended with a well-earned lunch in The King William IV pub.
